Anthony Kiedis Damned T-shirt

A photo on the inner sleeve of the new CD shows AK wearing a T-shirt with
The Damned and a pic of what looks like Freddy Krueger(Although it looks
more like Flea dressed as Freddy)

Does anyone know what this shirt means,ie,the link between The Damned and
(Flea dressed as) Freddy Kruger?

I am asking as a big fan of The Damned but I have never seen this t shirt
before so I wondered if it was a custom made shirt they had made,or if it is
available elsewhere
